Im looking for a movie i watche when i was a kid. I remember that there were some weird aliens with big brains that were invading Earth. There was also a girl with big blond hair and a dog with a woman’s head :D Such a weird movie but this is all I remember. Does anyone know the title?

Nope, I just checked it and this one is animated. The one that Im talking about is a live-action movie.

Since we are on the topic… Can I also ask for some help about a movie I am trying to find for quite some time. The only scene that I vividly remember is with a doctor and a woman who wants to get plastic surgery. He then pulls her face as if it is made from rubber. She also wears heavy makeup. Does this ring a bell?

Yeah, that one is called Brazil. The lady is the mother of the protagonist. She is obsessed with plastic surgery. It’s a good movie indeed.
