Even though most of the courses are taught in German, there are also many degree programs that are offered in English as a main language of instruction. When it comes to student accommodation, every student wants to find a balance between price and quality, in addition to a good location of course. Students in Biberach can choose between living in the student halls, also called student dormitories, and finding private rooms and flats to rent by themselves. The cheapest and most convenient type of student accommodation is the good old dormitory. There are several student houses in Biberach, and they all provide different types of rooms to students. Depending on the type of the room, prices vary between 190 and 250 EUR. Fortunately, even if a student does not get a room in the student halls, it is still possible to find and rent a room from a shared flat with other students. Prices, however, are higher and a room in a shared apartment close to the university or in the city center comes at the price of 250 to 360 EUR per month. Studios and one-bedroom apartments cost 450-550 EUR per month with all bills included.
