If you want to search for degrees, you can do so by clicking on the “Degrees” button that you can find on the right top corner of universitaet.com’s home page, and then clicking on “Browse by degree”. There, you will be transferred to our degree page. A menu bar will appear on the left where you can filter the degrees by choosing the desired study category from the first drop-down menu, and then a subcategory from the second drop-down field. In the third and fourth menu, you will be asked to choose the country you are most interested, as well as a city. Afterward, please choose the desired study mode, as well as a form of study. You can also choose the language of instruction, as well as the degree level you are interested in. Universitaet.com also allows you to put a minimum and maximum limit in Euros for the semester/tuition fee you are willing to pay, as well as a maximum duration of the study program you are looking for. The results shown will be filtered only according to your specified preferences.

In order to access all study disciplines, you have to by scroll down on the home page until you can see the study categories divided into 16 main ones (see green boxes). Just select the one you are most interested in, and then choose a city or cities where the programs take place. Another way to view the study categories and subcategories is by clicking on the “Degrees” button on the top right corner without putting any additional filters. You will be able to see a list of over 23,000 study programs in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

In the “Deals and Coupons” section, you can regularly check and benefit from the best special deals available. Every single review is first checked by a special algorithm, and only after that will it be published on universitaet.com’s “Reviews” section.

Every user is able to review a maximum of two study programs within a period of 90 days (three months). After this 90-day period expires, you will be able to re-evaluate your study program(s).

Yes, there are. Your reviews should represent your opinion. When writing a review, you are expected to remain as honest as possible, and objective. Please be advised that we do reserve the right to delete every review that is offensive or insulting.

Through every user’s review, universities receive valuable feedback about the level of satisfaction of their students. This feedback is designed to help higher education institutions improve their work. Additionally, by leaving reviews, users support universities in obtaining the Certificate of Excellence, which is awarded every year by universitaet.com.

All reviews and recommendations on universitaet.com are 100% real. We do have an internal inspection system in which all the reviews are checked with a variety of tools. In the event of inappropriate or fake ratings, we contact the evaluation user immediately and request further evidence if necessary. Reviews that do not comply with our guidelines will be automatically deleted.

Our aim is to provide an up-to-date list with all higher education institutions in the German-speaking region, together with a full list of study programs available. However, since higher education systems are subject to constant change, it may happen that some universities or study programs cannot be found here. In case you notice that your university or study program is missing on universitaet.com’s list, please contact us immediately so that we can modify and update the data as soon as possible.

Our forum is our virtual meeting “place” where you, as a user, can participate in any online discussion with the rest of the users. There, you can share opinions and experiences related to higher education, student jobs, internships and more.

To do so, you have to log in to your account first, go to the top right corner of the home page and click on “Career”, then choose “Jobs” and you will see all the current openings in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Each payment you make to universitaet.com, no matter if it is a bank transfer or through a credit card/PayPal, will be followed by an automatically generated invoice. You can easily access your invoices by logging in to your account, press the “Dashboard” button and then from the menu on the right, just choose “Invoices”. Be aware that if you make a credit card payment or pay through PayPal, the invoice for this payment will be created immediately. However, in case you choose to make a bank transfer instead, you will have to wait a little longer for the invoice until the payment has been confirmed by the Admin.

You will be transferred to another page where from the menu on the left, you have to choose “Manage programs”. Then, you can simply add, delete or edit any study program. The change will apply immediately.

You can use a fictional username instead of your real name to protect your identity. However, please note that the posts in the forum are publicly visible.

In order to appear in our advertisement section, all you have to do is log in to your university/company account, go to the top right corner and press the ‘Dashboard’ button, then you will be transferred to another page. From the left menu, click on “Advertisements” and then on “Publish advertisement”. Afterward, you will be forwarded to the page where you will have to fill in more details about the advertisement itself, and be asked to choose a payment method. Be aware that if you choose to pay through a bank transfer, you will have to wait for the Admin of universitaet.com to confirm that the payment is successfully received before you appear in the advertisement section.

You can create your own advertisement, but it is not obligatory. We can also do this for you in exchange for a small fee.
