Let’s have a topic about fitness. I love staying healthy and working out and I think a lot of people do too. I started going to the gym regularly 2 years ago and I’ve been hooked ever since! It was definitely hard at first, especially to get a routine, but now I do it regularly. I think the hardest part is starting. Now I train 3 times a week for about 1.5 hours. I love lifting weights and working on my legs as well. I sometimes do cardio or go out for a run if I’m bored from doing homework. Do you think your diet is important? I do. I try to eat clean and get my protein, so I drink protein shakes sometimes as well. What’s your fitness routine?

Hi there ^^ I'm new to fitness and working out but since quarantine I wanted to get in better shape and stay healthy. I workout 3-4 times a week at home and I go running in the park once a week. I think eating is very important too and I try to eat healthy food and cook my own recipes.

Good topic. I like lifting weights and bulking :) I bought some weights to have at home because now that gyms are closed i dont wanna loose shape.

I dont lift weights because I dont want to be very muscly. i wanna have a toned body and be in shape but im afraid that if i lift heavy weights I will look like Hulk or sth…

Hi, Helene. I don’t think you should worry about that. Lifting weights won’t make you look like Hulk, especially because women don’t build as much muscle as men. It’s actually very healthy and helps with strength and energy. You should start with lighter weights though and gradually increase them when you get used to it. Just try it and let us know how it goes ^_^
