Vegan and vegetarian recipes

Heyyyy guys! I’m writing here because I need some help. I recently went vegan and I love it so far, but I find it really hard to decide what to cook and eat. I’m not used to cooking vegan recipes, because all my life I’ve eaten meat. I wanted to try a vegan diet, because I heard it’s very healthy and it also helps loose weight. Usually I eat oatmeal or toast for breakfast, salads, potatoes and grilled veggies for lunch and dinner. But sometimes it gets boring and I have no inspiration. Can you please share your favorite recipes?

HI!! I’m not vegan, but my flatmate is and she cooks lots of healthy meals every week. One of my favorites is cauliflower bake with cheese and cream. Of course, you need vegan cheese and soy or oat cream, but they are easy to find nowadays. First you steam the cauliflower, then you heat the oven, put it in a tray with the cream, cheese, spices like salt, pepper, garlic and add breadcrumbs if you want to make it crunchy. Bake for about 20 minutes and the result is so delicious!!

Welcome to the club! Ive been vegan for 2 years and it’s so healthy and gives you so much energy, and not to mention it helps the environment. I can share my favorite recipe – vegan burger. People think vegans can’t eat tasty food, but that’s so not true. If you want to, there is always a way. I make a patty from mushrooms, chickpeas and spices and just grill it on a pan. You can buy buns from the supermarket and then add whatever you want to the burger – lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, sauces. For the fries, I usually make sweet potato fries, but roasted in the oven, not fried, because their healthier.

Hi there ;) I have a favorite vegan dessert that is easy to make. Chocolate mousse – all you need is some coconut milk, cocoa powder, sugar or a sugar alternative if you want to make it healthier and I sometimes add peanut butter. I whisk the ingredients together and leave it in the fridge overnight to cool. The next day you have simple and delicious vegan dessert!

I have a favorite vegan dessert too! My mom is vegan and she cooks delicious food at home. If you like oatmeal cookies, you can always bake some with raisins or dates :)
