Decriminalization of all drugs?!

Last week Oregon became the first state in the US to decriminalize the possession of ALL illegal drugs. They also made it legal for people to use psilocybin, which is the active ingredient in hallucinogenic mushrooms. What do you guys think about that?

I think in a way this might be good as it will probably reduce crime to some extent.
