The Diploma program “Scenography” is a German-taught program offered at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. Throughout their studies, participants will receive extensive theoretical and practical training. They’ll focus mainly on Cultural Studies, Colour, Form, Movement, Sound, Music, Text and Space, etc. Additionally, students personalise their education by taking up elective modules. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, they’ll gain hands-on experience and professional core competencies. Furthermore, the program promotes the development of soft skills needed for day-to-day operations. Occupational opportunities upon completion of the course include work in cultural and educational institutions.
