The “Master of Arts in Business Administration – Business Psychology” is provided by AKAD University as a four-semester digital study course. It aims to further the academic abilities of the students, in connection with business administration and business psychology. Furthermore, the participants will deepen their understanding in business management, economics, social sciences, business ethics, human resource management, business psychology principles, intercultural management, risk management, personal development and many others. At the end of their studies, the participants will need to prepare a Master’s thesis. The future graduates will be highly qualified to work within human resource management, leadership management, project management, international organisations, corporate governance, etc. The admission requirements consist of a finalised Bachelor’s degree in the fields of business administration.
