The „Master of Business Administration in HR Management and Talent Management - Business Psychology” is offered at AKAD University. This course is a three-semester, online program. The students will need 90 ECTS credit points overall in order to finalise it. The main goal of this postgraduate course is to expand the academic knowledge and abilities of the students, in connection with HR management, talent management, business psychology, business administration, public services, personnel development, coaching, methodology, psychological analysis, etc. Throughout this course the participants will have both lectures and practical seminars.
