AKAD University provides its students with the “Master of Business Administration in HR Management and Talent Management” as a digital, three-semester program. The students will also need 90 ECTS credit points overall, in order to finalise it. The main goal of this program is to develop the academic knowledge and skills in the fields of human resource management, talent management, change management, data collection and analysis, methodology, etc. Furthermore, the students get the chance to do a specialization. At the end of their studies, the participants will need to prepare a Master’s thesis. The admission requirements include a finalised Bachelor’s degree in the fields of human resource management.
