Description
AKAD University offers the further education training course “Service Manager”. This course is aimed at participants who have experience within the service management. The students will need 25 ECTS credit points overall in order to finalise it. Furthermore, this program is a digital, German-taught, twelve to eighteen months course. The main goal of this course is to further the academic knowledge and skills of the students in the fields of product management, service development, technology, communication management, production theories and principles, and many others. The admission for this course is restricted.
