The “Master of Arts in Contemporary Stage Dance” program at Anton Bruckner Private University Upper Austria is with a length of with a length of 4 full-time semesters. The course curriculum provides in-depth studies in theory and practice with a focus on methods of artistic, practice-oriented research. During the course, students work on individual questions and topics within the productive transfers and interferences of theory and practice, history and the present, of artistic practices as well as of intercultural differentiations. Admission requirements include a completed Bachelor's degree in dance, presentation of individual theoretical and practical areas of interest and answering a questionnaire. The link with future professional fields is included in the form of external projects.
