The “Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies” at Anton Bruckner Private University Upper Austria is conducted in cooperation with Johannes Kepler University Linz (JKU), the Art University Linz (UFG) and the Catholic Private University Linz (KU Linz). Over the course of 6 semesters, students are taught cultural studies, history, philosophy, art history and media studies. The course curriculum combines technical fundamentals of historical-critical cultural studies with artistic practices and cultural work. As part of the admission requirements, candidates must present a university entrance qualification, proof of knowledge of English, and complete an admission test at the Art University Linz.
