The “Bachelor of Arts in Instrumental Studies Dulcimer” program at Anton Bruckner Private University Upper Austria is designed for students with outstanding artistic skills, wishing to deepen their knowledge and enhance their competence. Over the course of 8 semesters, subjects like Aural training, Instrumentation, Music History, Cultural History, Rhythm training, Improvisation, Basics of music education, Ensemble, Orchestra and more are taught. As part of the admission requirements, candidates must pass a two-part entrance exam. Graduates are able to work as a member of an original sound ensemble or freelance.
