The “Master of Science in European Urban Studies” at Bauhaus University Weimar is an English-taught program with a duration of 4 semesters. It is designed for applicants with a corresponding Bachelor’s degree who wish to further their qualifications. The focal point of the program is to deepen the knowledge of students and provide them with extensive practice work. Throughout their studies, participants will gain a fundamental understanding of Urban Planning, Urban Sociology, Urban Design, Landscape and Spatial Planning, etc. Additionally, students can choose from a plethora of elective modules and align their education to their interests. The MSc is application-oriented and aims to provide participants with practical relevance and industry-specific skills. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume managerial positions mainly in the field of Urban Planning.
