The “Bachelor of Arts in Product Design” at Bauhaus University Weimar is a German-taught program with a duration of 8 semesters. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses in Product Design, Interaction Design, Design and Management, Mobility, Product and the Environment, Scenic Design, and Exhibition Design. Additionally, students can choose from a plethora of elective modules and diversify their education. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, participants will acquire practical relevance and key competencies. Furthermore, the BA offers them the opportunity to carry out internships and expand their horizons. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to build their careers as designers right away. The BA also lays the foundation for a later Master’s degree.
