Provided by the Carl Maria von Weber College of Music Dresden the program “Master of Music in JRP Composition” is with a duration of four semesters. During the program, students will be able to perform demanding large symphonic works in score and sight-reading. The program provides one-to-one tuition for artistic profiling, individual design of the study objectives, various tutorials as well as participation in competitions, concerts and auditions where students master the theoretical and technical mastery of the various compositional techniques with important analytical methods. The master degree is also geared towards the areas of analysis and interpretation, especially knowledge of prominent compositional and interpretative techniques of New Music.
