Offered by the Carl Maria von Weber College of Music Dresden the program “Master of Music in Rhythmics/EMP” is provided by the Carl Maria von Weber College of Dresden. The course is geared towards creative and ambitious musically students that dance, and enjoy working in and with groups and have the appropriate qualifications. From the third semester the offered specializations are in the areas of education, stage (performance) or curative education. Depending on their specification, graduates obtain both broad repertoire of methods for teaching as well as the ability to present movement and music in an artistic-oriented manner. The course offers a diverse field of networking between music and movement while developing improvisational and creative skills in order to transfer music into visible movement and in turn to convert movement into sounding auditory events.
