The Master program “Lied Class and Concert Class” is with a duration of four semesters and provided by the Carl Maria von Weber College of Music Dresden. By providing the further development of singing skills and repertoire, the program is designed with a focus on lied duo, interpretation of concert and oratorio, with musicology and theory seminars geared towards the foundations of the student's artistic competencies while developing a distinctive stage presence and personality building on literary and musical knowledge, the student is able to present individual interpretations of the acquired concert and song repertoire in an artistically independent form on the concert podium. In addition, students can apply their acquired skills in musical areas beyond the repertoire of lied, concerto and oratorio repertoire, thus create a profile-expanding artistic basis for the diverse demands of a professional artistic life.
