With a duration of eight semesters the program “Bachelor of Music in Tuba (Music Pedagogy)” is provided by the Carl Maria von Weber College of Music Dresden. Throughout the program, participants will become familiar with methods and ways in order to progressively expand their technical and musical skills. The program includes participation in the university orchestra, university choir and other ensembles while expanding the musical competences and provides with the ability to apply the acquired skills in works of different epochs, styles and genres. During their study, participants work on the most important orchestral parts while also imparting their team-work abilities and methodological comprehension in both music and technical overview.
