The Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg offers the six-semester program dual-subject program “Bachelor of Arts in Special Needs Education”. It can be taken as a major combined with a minor, as a primary or secondary dual subject or as a minor combined with a major. Participants will be qualified for multiple fields of activity, for instance, early educational help and counseling in non-school institutions, prevention, intervention, and rehabilitation. The course requires German language proficiency.
