The “Master of Arts in Education and Education Management in the Health System” is a 4-semester long program taught in German.  It is designed for applicants with a corresponding Bachelor’s degree who wish to further their qualifications. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses in Survey and Evaluation methods in nursing and educational sciences, Ethics, Medical-physiological correlations in the life course, Pedagogical-psychological Diagnostics and Interventions, Management and Law, and more. Additionally, students can personalise their education by taking up elective modules. The MSc is application-oriented and aims to provide them with hands-on experiance, key competencies, and soft skills needed for day-to-day operations. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume positions in schools,  advanced training, research and development, and more. Also, graduates can opt for a consecutive doctoral degree.
