The “Bachelor of Science in Nursing” is a 7-semester program taught in German. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses in Nursing Science, Age and Aging, Communication and Counselling, Child Care, Geriatric Rehabilitation, Health Sciences, Ethics and Anthropology, etc. Additionally, students can choose from a plethora of elective modules and diversify their education. The BSc is application-oriented and aims to provide them with hands-on experiance and key competencies. Furthermore, it promotes the development of soft skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, communication and organisation, moderation, etc. Upon completion of the program, students can work in clinics, outpatient services, facilities for elderly or disabled individuals. Graduates can also pursue a consecutive Master’s degree.
