Description
The seven-semester study program “Bachelor of Arts in Inclusive Education” offered by Catholic University of Applied Sciences Freiburg provides students with the skills needed for analysis and reflection in order to detect and reduce the hazards and barriers to inclusion and participation for people with disabilities, as well as to broaden the scope of social engagement for them. Central principles of the curative education are the respect of the diversity and diversity of human life, the legal equality of people, the living setting and the social space orientation, etc. Students have the great opportunity to choose an area of curative education, in which they want to gain expertise. Available are body and movement-oriented approaches, special educational development support, curative art therapy, curative play therapy, advice, education and participation, and supported communication. Graduates of the program work in early intervention centres, social paediatric centres, education and family counselling centres, etc.
