The study program “Master of Arts in Management and Leadership Skills” offered by Catholic University of Applied Sciences Freiburg is also available as a project study version – professional practice is obtained simultaneously with the academic degree. Students from different courses are brought together in lectures and are accompanied by professors form the necessary expert fields in management. Every semester, participants engage on interdisciplinary projects. The student group`s learning and progress is evaluated on a regular basis. This allows learning capacity to be implemented effectively. Simultaneously, students may practice and learn process observation by utilizing their own group process. Furthermore, students will become competent in the areas of procure and secure resources, digitalization and management, shaping organizational culture, etc. Upon successful completion of the program graduates will be qualified to take on management and leadership functions.
