The Chemnitz University of Technology, founded in 1836, is a university seated in Chemnitz, Saxony. With more than 11,400 students from 91 countries, it is Saxony’s third-largest university. Chemnitz University of Technology provides study opportunities in as many as eight faculties: the Faculty of Natural Science, the Faculty of Mathematics, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, the Faculty of Computer Science, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, the Faculty of Humanities, and the Faculty of Behavioral and Social Sciences.
