Church University of Education "Edith Stein", founded in 2007, is a state-approved private university with sites in Innsbruck, Feldkirch, Salzburg, and Stams. It serves as an institution for providing training, advanced education and continuing education to prospective teachers, teachers of religion as well as to members of other professions relating to education and social work. Offered are the Bachelor and Master programs “Primary Level“ (B.Ed./M.Ed., concentrations: Religious Education, Inclusive Education, Lifestyle Education), as well as “Secondary Level General Education“ (B.Ed./M.Ed.). In terms of advanced education and continuing education, Church University of Education Edith Stein offers, among other things, institute programs, conferences and symposia, as well as the courses “Personalized Learning and Teaching“, “Higher Education Post-Qualification“, “University Didactics“, “Christian-Oriented Personality Development“, “Dyscalculia I“, “Dyscalculia II“, “Early Language Development“, and “Political Education – competence-based“.
