The full-time degree program “Master of Arts in Personnel and Change Management“ offered by CBS International Business School provides complementary studies for Bachelor graduates. Students receive an academic education in the overall context of digital management and change management and many more. The standard period of study is four semesters. During the course, Economics & Economic Policy, Case Lab, Analysis & Strategy tools, Digital Management, Change Management are taught.
