“Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Food Management” is a six-semester degree program provided by the Cooperative State University Baden-Württemberg. It is ideal for students who would like to learn more about the food industry and its business management processes. This course is practice-oriented, and provides students will the possibility to attend trainings in laboratory, where can experiment with product development, market research and sensory analysis.
