The six-semester study program “Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering Wood Technology” is provided at the Cooperative State University Baden-Württemberg. This course is ideal for students who would like to work in the wood industry, and is aimed to teach them the fundamentals of engineering and business management. They can choose between two areas to focus on: Furniture and Interior, or Building Elements and Wood Construction. The study plan includes lectures such as Mathematics, Technical Physics, Technical Chemistry, and Basics of Business Administration. Participants can take part in an internship program, where they will work on different projects, while also strengthening their personal, social and business skills. At the end of their studies, they can apply the knowledge they have gained in the industrial environment. Graduates will be qualified for career in application technology and the consulting sector.
