Description
“Bachelor of Science in Wine Technology Management” has a duration of six semesters degree program and is offered by the Cooperative State University Baden-Württemberg. It is in cooperation with State Training and Research Institute for Viticulture and Fruit Growing. The aim of this practice-oriented course is to teach students the basics of wine industry, including its management, processes and methods. Study plan includes practical trainings in laboratory, where will analyze products and research the market, as well as theoretical lectures like Company Management, Accounting, Quality Assurance, Employee Management, Microbiology and Wine Chemistry. Participants have also the possibility to take part in an internship program for gaining professional experience and improving their soft and leadership skills.
