Description
The six-semester degree course “Bachelor of Arts in Youth, Family and Social Assistance” is offered by the Cooperative State University Baden-Württemberg. The aim is to provide students entering in the program with in-depth theoretical and methodological knowledge how to deal with problems and social situations, as well as to help other people in need. Participants will attend the lectures Parenting Assistance, Child Protection and Early Assistance, Methods and Concepts, Problems and Living Circumstances of Clients. In addition, students will also take part in practical trainings and gain essential experience. After successful completion, graduates can find professional career for example in youth welfare offices, social welfare offices, social services and others.
