We are academising coaching and combining life coaching and business coaching for the first time in a Master's programme. Coaching is an interactive person-centred counselling and support process in private and professional contexts, which is limited in time and defined thematically (goal-oriented). The individual counselling of individuals, groups or teams is directed towards technical and/or psychological-sociodynamic questions or problems that relate to the world of work and/or the private sphere. Coaching takes place on a sustainable relationship basis, which is founded on voluntariness, mutual respect and trust and requires an equal level of cooperation. Due to the limited number of participants (15 to 20), the curriculum consolidates methodological competencies for successful coaching, expands patterns of action for the implementation of targeted interventions and promotes processes of self-reflection. Intensive interactions between the participants and with the lecturers ensure a constructive and sustainable learning atmosphere.

Life coaching deals with all the problems that social life brings with it and attempts to awaken human potential and promote its growth through targeted discussions, supportive and activating methods and techniques.

Business Coaching Within the framework of action and solution-oriented business coaching, the focus is on supporting organisational developments, accompanying executives in management decisions, in conflict and crisis management and in personnel development.

The accredited degree programme Life and Business Coaching is an innovative training programme for specialists and managers who wish to gain further qualifications in the field of coaching.

• First degree from a university or university of applied sciences (240 ECTS) and at least 1 year of professional experience.
• Applicants with less than 240 ECTS can acquire missing credit points through additional and advanced modules. We will be happy to advise you.
