Description
Trends such as digitalisation, globalisation, demographic change and increasing flexibility are posing major challenges to the world of work. The classic employment relationship seems to be dissolving more and more. New forms of work, technological developments of Industry 4.0 and increasing networking are shaping the world of work. These far-reaching changes harbour opportunities and risks for workers and put the social security system to the test.
Participants in the Master's programme "Management Safety and Health at Work" acquire specialised knowledge in the field of safety and health at work. In particular, they have comprehensive knowledge of the connection between technical and social working conditions, accident and health risks and their economic effects. They know the state of the art, organisational and management theory and national and international legal standards. They have knowledge of research methods, human resource management methods and organisational development.
