The real estate industry is a dynamic growth sector that is shaped and further developed by professionalisation, networking, economic and social change in the fields of activity and internationalisation. These developments create a constant need for highly qualified specialists and managers. In addition to professional qualifications, interdisciplinary skills are becoming increasingly important in the customer-oriented real estate industry.

The aim of the part-time Master's programme in Real Estate Management is to qualify academics from the real estate industry, economics and engineering sciences as well as experienced career changers from other affine disciplines for the innovative, international business field of life-cycle-oriented real estate management. The chosen balance between scientifically-based and practice-oriented specialist and management knowledge secures graduates specialist and management positions in a growth industry which, due to internationalisation, professionalisation and a constant change in requirement profiles, has a continuously high demand for specialists and managers.

The part-time postgraduate course in real estate management has been offered in cooperation between EIPOS and Dresden International University (DIU) since 2013.
