The “Master of Science in Real Estate” program at EBS Business School is with a length of 20 months regular track or 16 months accelerated track. There are seven specific study modules in the curriculum. Students may expect to learn about economics, finance, and law. They are given high-level scientifically relevant professional information. Students study complicated investment and finance structures in realistic case studies, conduct property assessments with site visits, and become familiar with cash flow modeling and the ARGUS program. As part of numerous guest lectures, they also get the opportunity to share ideas with industry CEOs. Admission requirements include a Bachelor Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 180 ECTS credits, at least eight weeks of internships and an English language certificate.
