Description

The basic training program “Systemic Coaching” program at EBS Business School consists of four modules (8 days) - the course takes place from Thursday to Saturday. This course teaches the fundamentals of systemic-constructivist coaching as well as the most significant intervention approaches. Coaching sessions with university students are incorporated into each module. Through the direct application and execution of the coaching information taught in the coaching talks with the students and subsequent supervision, comprehensive learning experiences are gained. Admission requirements include a university degree or equivalent training, at least 5 years of professional experience, and management or project management experience.
