The EBZ Business School offers the Bachelor’s degree “Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate”. This course has the aim to prepare students for the world of the real estate business. The program is divided into seven different semesters. As it follows, the last and seventh semester include the writing of the Bachelor’s thesis. The main purpose of this degree is to help the students to gain further knowledge in fields of business management, economics, business informatics, architecture, real estate management, as well as finance, mathematics and law. The entry requirements for this course include a German university entrance qualification, as well as language proficiency: English B1. Therefore, this Bachelor’s degree aims to provide many career pathways to the graduates, across the fields as finance, public management, real estate organisations, etc. This program also offers the opportunity for a placement that is held in a higher semester if the students pass a specific test procedure.
