The two-year long program “Master of Arts in Business Coaching and Change Management” awaits prospective students at the European Fernhochschule Hamburg. Its aim is to support the specialists who have already acquired the fundamentals in economics and personnel management, to get specialized knowledge on matters like consulting, group processes management and change management, scientifically supported instruments and methods for successful communication and coaching strategies. The online modules are mixed with in-person, individual training through seven phases. Regional peer groups and group practice will be a medium for further discussion, improvemnent and feedback, and for refining one’s professional interests, academic performance and soft, social skills for future guidance of successful teams.
