The Euro-FH University of Applied Sciences, which has a renowned distance learning mode of delivering its courses, has developed the degree “Bachelor of Arts in Education and Cultural Management in Business”, as a response to the need for comprehensively trained specialists to lead and manage educational and cultural institutions. It is almost impossible to enumerate all possible future positions, but, typically, undergraduates of this profile will be employed in the HR management, personnel development, professional education, cultural mediation, and event management, for NGOs, private and public sector and educational institutions. What students gain after the three-year course, is 180 ECTS, a BA degree, and, above all, competences in business administration, education, culture and psychology, where methodology to evaluate training programs and events, and being able to justify one’s decisions based on sound scientific and professional principles, represent the added value of the studies.
