The five-month short certificate course “Change Management” at Euro-FH University of Applied Sciences is designed with the future or already functioning executives and consulatants in mind and their need for structured, comprehensive scientific background in the field of communication performance, above all. Instruments and methods will be acquired for coaching practices and implementation of change management, where organizational performance is improved by changing structures, roles and processes. The course is based on six electronic books and the starting date is not fixed. There are no specific entry requirements, either. The amount of information given will be useful for practical skills in reconciling employees’ and companies’ economic, social, and individual necessities, for performing successful business processes.
