Through three submissions, a project, in a four-month period of studies, six credits can be added to the posterior university degree, if the studies in “Corporate Governance” at the Euro-FH University of Applied Sciences continue upwards. All further specialized certificate, state-approved courses of the educational institution stem from the real necessities of present-day business, and the need for well-qualified, but also visionary and strategic planners, which is of utmost importance. How do strategically planned management actions build successful companies? The first level of the studies will trace the line of the organization and functions of branches in a company. Then the importance of leadership, control and personnel management will be explained, and, ultimately, studies will integrate all these notions, plus the important strategy, planning, problem-solving, group management, learning, crisis management and communication, to gear companies towards the sustainable perspectives and corporate social responsibility plans.
