The Euro-FH University of Applied Sciences offers a certificate course in a specific area of economic studies – Corporate Law. Knowledge of the guiding rules and regulation is fundamental for all executive positions in a company. They need to know the compliance requirements for establishing, expanding or changing the form of a company, and all business decisions have to fit into its framework. Corporate law has its subdivisions – Commercial, Company, Transformation, Tax and Group Law. How to establish and choose the form of an entity, cooperate into partnerships, as well as executing all corporate decisions, deals and procedures, on a daily basis, require familiarity with the governing laws. Within ten months, 14 ECTS and a certificate from the university will be earned, and the submission of six assignments and a face-to-face exam could transfer the credits to a further education university degree.
