Fourteen credits can be obtained in the “Finance Law” continuing education course by the Euro-FH University of Applied Sciences, and they can be used in the ensuing studies for a university degree, if that be the case, or on their own, as proof for competence, inside the certificate provided by Euro-FH. The course will concentrate knowledge in terms of legal compliance of corporate financing. The variety of banking financial products, as well as the investment opportunities, their liquidity, security and returns, will be dealt with, and strategies for reducing liability will be hinted. Loan Security Collateral Law, Real Estate Law and Private Insurance Law will also be discussed and analyzed, so that future or already practicing business executives will feel confident, by being completely equipped with knowledge and expertise, in performing their responsibilities in the financial sector of a company.
