The Euro-FH University of Applied Sciences provides the “Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management” program. The course promises to train undergarduates in the necessary leadership and managerial skills to successfully perform all tasks related to the recruitment and guidance, training and onboarding, analysis of potential advantages and shortages, motivation and stimulation, supervision and control, compensation, safety and health of the personnel. In a standard period of two academic years, students will be taught and practically trained by qualified and skillful professionals and academics, in a flexible hybrid form of teaching and learning, through seminars, live webinars, workshops and discussions, which can be done both online and onsite, to everyone’s convenience. Smart contemporary media and digital modes, embedded in corporate processes, will also be given special attention to in the course of education of the future HR managers.
