The certificate further education course in “Intercultural Management” at the Euro-FH University of Applied Sciences is part of the bulk on management specific content. Nowadays it becomes increasingly important to know how cultural aspects influence corporate processes, not only in dealing with personnel guidance and motivation in international projects and companies, but also in evaluating how the social, cultural, political background could be taken into consideration in decision-making at corpotate level. This course requires a B2 equivalent of English, continues for six months, brings ten credits, and gives perpectives for further improvement in the workplace, or future career in a business environment. It focuses on how cultural variations and differences should be taken into account for successful communication within the company and with third parties.
