In its list of further education programs, Euro-FH University of Applied Sciences proposes a certificate course in “Investment and Financing”. It has to be done in six months and leads to ten academic credits. There are no requirements for admission, the starting date is not fixed, either. The purpose of this course is to train future experts in the investment and financing policy of a company. The people, who would make decisions as to how corporate funds should be invested and where should they be directed from. The success of such decisions depends largely on the existing broad perspective of the financial managers, and it will be built during the course on practical and theoretical seminars, with the aim to encompass all solid competence needed for the financial dealings of a business. Balance sheet analysis, needs analysis, selection of internal or external financing, cash flow statements, reorganization options, insolvency plans – all these and more will be the focus of the ZFU state-approved studies.
