For ten months and forty credits, there are scheduled extensive studies in order to prepare future Certified Project Managers (Euro-FH) at the Euro-FH University of Applied Sciences. The studies focus on successful leadership and project management, a completed course leads to the obtention of 14 ECTS. No restrictions are posed as for eligibility and starting dates. Curriculum content is focused on leadership styles and the way corporate culture is both affected by and affects them. The successful application of leadership techniques to all particular projects will be looked at – classical, agile, international or virtual. Support to dealing in these situations will be given by psychological basics and organizational models. The ability to moderate, negotiate and cooperate will be developed to serve future real-time business endeavours.
