The “Material Flow Systems: Technologies, Planning and Control” further education certificate course at Euro-FH University of Applied Science is centered in the core processes comprising the complex entire chain – picking, sorting, distributing, storing, conveying and handling materials. Besides performing it smoothly and monitoring the stages separately and altogether, the aim of the responsible for its execution employees is saving costs and minimizing output time and inventory.  The course continues for six months, comprises ten credits, and is based on six books as study materials. The course has been approved by ZFU – the State Central Office for Distance Learning in Cologne, and can be credited towards a university degree. No specific prerequisites exist for applying for it and the starting dates can be freely chosen.
