The three-year program „Bachelor of Arts in Personnel Management and Corporate Learning” is offered at the Euro-FH University of Applied Sciences, with a choice between taking it fully online, or with some face-to-face exams or seminars, at the ten possible locations throughout Germany. This program was meant for the already practicing or future personnel managers, since at present, it is inconceivable to lead a professional team without being proficient in the digital tools available for education and corporate learning. Digital leadership and innovation, integrated in social networks or other media of socializing and communication in a digital format, the psychological assumptions behind personnel management, and the importance of the employees’ subjective experiences at work, educating the “growth mindset” in workers, the agile corporate culture, strategic educational planning, all transform the tradition HR approach, and make it a lot more demanding and creative. The university bachelor course comes to address these contemporary imperatives.
